Go Slow (Part 1)
You look so pretty
Won’t you come and live with me?
I’ve bought this sapling
But I really want a tree
This river has a source
But we all run towards the sea
Go slow
I’m spending all my time
Just keeping up to date
Chasing down the deadlines
Trying to outrun fate
Some days the future meets me half way
But it’s mostly running late
Go slow
There’s a shiver and a rush
It’s the thrill of the chase
This thing can do 300
When I’m driving interstate
If I push it to 320
Will I win the human race?
Go slow
When you know it’s not here
Will you know it’s not here
Now?
The bird that flaps its wings
Corrects the curvature of sky
The rainbow curries favour
From the hidden rule of pi
The mountain splits the lonely heights
To balance out the moon
But the music of the spheres refuse
To modify their tune
The prey that breaks its cover
Sees horizons close in faster
Are we more alike than different
When we’re staring down disaster?
Can we remedy all reason?
Set the seasons straight?
Can we mend mistaken meaning?
Unravel twists of fate?
Life joins up the dots
Of all these random chances
No one here decides
How a single thing advances
I’m driving interstate
To change these scenes in my rearview
If I give up what’s inside
Could you give up what’s in you?
Change these scenes in my rearview
Could you give up what’s in you?

So glad to have discovered this great band. Heard first on the Thought Radio show last week. Great melodies over powerful Prog Rock with many beautiful moments. This is something special. I am getting a bit of a Rush type vibe but much more also. What an album this is and I will need to get the CD also. Too many great tracks to chose a best one yet. thirdsystem

I am not new to Galahad but have lost touch with them after Beyond The Realms of Euphoria album, which still is my favorite release. But this release is just as good if not better. Galahad is one of the top prog acts around. A pleasure to add this to my musical collection. lloydd
Throwing mathcore, emo, and ambient into the mix, Estonia's Kaschalot push progressive rock's multitasking approach to its limits. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 10, 2021

Although the 3 guest vocalists on this album sing wonderfully, and the songs are diverse and creative, I still prefer the voice of Peter Falconer. Still, I highly recommend this album, aware that my preference is somewhat of a bias. Some of the guitar playing on here is incredible. Despite the new vocalists, the sound of this album is still distinctly Drifting Sun. Personally, I give it 7.5/10. Alrihkh

The first official outing of the "what would be" Steve Rothery Band. Riccardo Romano was missing with his keyboard wizardry and no singer at all (later Martin Jakubsky of Stillmarillion). Marillion's catalogue was represented by excerpts of instrumental sections where Steve had his solo spot. This is a milestone in the forming of a great band that later became the spokesman of early Marillion era and of course of Steve's solo material. If you want to hear how it all started you have to get this Alessandro Carmassi
